some good some bad
The headset sound quality and microphone quality is incredibly good. The only real downside is it seems to quite overengineered. The bluetooth and wired connection acts as 2 separate headsets so when switching you have to adjust all of your settings, it will not automatically switch. The other issue ive had is constant disconnecting when on bluetooth, however i believe my USB ports are loose and so it may not be an issue with the product as i know several people who use them and do not have this problem.
