Corsair Vengeance K70 RGB Fully Mechanical Gaming Keyboard

Corsair have really outdone themselves with the release of the K70 RGB keyboard, by providing near unlimited possibilities regarding the LED lighting configuration thanks to the CUE software but also a large number of customizations are available per-key.

Corsair Vengeance K70 RGB (LED) Mechanical Keyboard Review

The Corsair Vengeance K70 RGB (LED) Mechanical Keyboard retails at RM 661, it's not cheap and it doesn't have dedicated macro keys which I think is the only flaw on a keyboard as such.

Corsair Gaming's K70 RGB keyboard reviewed

There's been a lot of buzz around the K70 RGB . It might even be the most anticipated keyboard of the year. Was it worth the wait? It feels weird to write this sentence, but the K70 RGB has the most processing power of any input device I've ever used, and it puts that power to good use.

After reading the previous pages of this review, you should already know that the Corsair Gaming K70 RGB is one of the most advanced keyboards ever made. It has practically endless customizability options, from macros and key remapping to timers and complex lighting effects.

The software is powerful but sadly not in any way intuitive however the board itself has excellent build quality, decent lighting, plenty of effects and a wonderful typing/gaming experience.

Corsair Gaming K70 RGB Keyboard Review | The Backlight Fantastic

I'm a big fan of Corsair's mechanical keyboards. When I bought my current gaming rig last year, I slapped down some cash for the Vengeance K90 Performance MMO Mechanical Gaming Keyboard, with its programmable "G" buttons (that I've still never used, mainly due to the paucity of MMOs in my gaming...

Outstanding build quality; Cherry MX switches are fantastic; The sheer array of lighting options is staggering; Free forum for profile sharing is great if you don't have hours to spare programming your own lighting setup; Multimedia buttons and volume roller are great; Very comfortable to use

Convoluted software makes programming the lighting a frustrating task; No USB pass-through; No extra; contoured keys or removal tool

Hands-on: Corsair Gaming's new K70 is the first RGB-backlit Cherry MX keyboard

Hot on the heels of Logitech's G910 Orion Spark keyboard announcement last week, Corsair's rebranding its entire peripheral depart to "Corsair Gaming" and releasing its own RGB-enabled keyboard: the K70 RGB. The difference? Corsair gets to keep those sweet, sweet Cherry MX switches.

Corsair Gaming K70 RGB Review - Rainbow in the Dark

The trouble with innovation is that too often, you have to take two steps forward and one step back. At first blush, the Corsair Gaming K70 RGB ($170) improves in every way over its predecessor, the K70. It's colorful, it feels great and there's a whole new software suite to go along with it.

Excellent keys; Gorgeous, colorful backlighting;Sleek, minimalist design; Choice of Cherry switches

Convoluted software; No textured keys

Corsair Gaming K70 RGB Mechanical Keyboard Review

I love this keyboard, which comes as no surprise to me since it's fundamentally the same Corsair K70 keyboard I reviewed over a year ago . There have been a few noticeable changes since the original K70 was launched, the first being that Corsair have dropped their Vengeance branding in favour of...

Ultra high build quality; Choice of Cherry MX RGB switches; Dedicated multimedia keys; Easy to use macro features; Full N-Key / Anti-Ghosting; Braided cables; Extreme customisable RGB LED lighting; Aluminium chassis
