So far so good. Had a K70 before this, and just wanted the nice light show, been eyeing it for a while until I finally pulled the trigger. No regrets
nice build; better lighting
just a bit darker since the led is housed on the pcb; not too big of a deal, software is a bit eh; but i'm slowly starting to learn it
Aluminium frame, dust-proof design, volume control scroll and so on… Make not only a perfect game gear but also a cool text input tool. Although this keyboard has only 512 colours, I still love it very much.
Hello again readers, today we will take a look at the Corsair Vengeance K70 keyboard with Cherry Mx brown switches. This is a mechanical keyboard what means that it uses mechanical switches instead of rubber
The Corsair Gaming K70 LUX RGB Mechanical Keyboard W/Cherry MX RGB switches is a serious contender for "Best Keyboard of the decade". The different switches you can get allow customization and the gaming experience is unparalleled!
RGB Lighting; Cherry MX Switches; Solid Feel; Programmable Keys; Luxury Feel; CUE Software Integration; Corsair Support and Community; 2-Year Warranty
No Dedicated Macro Keys; A Little Pricey
Corsair makes a wide variety of computer peripherals, but its range of mechanical keyboards, aimed chiefly at gamers, has gathered a fair amount of attention. The K70 LUX RGB is the successor to the and a slightly different version of the K70 RGB.
I honestly don't dabble much into different keyboards. Through my time at GameZone I've gone through three different keyboards, an old non-mechanical Logitech keyboard with various Macro switches and slight backlighting to allow me to play with the lights off, then the exact opposite, the Feenix...
The RGB's are nice and bright and the material of the frame makes the keyboard have some heft. The only thing I am not keen on is the material of the space bar. I can definitely go out and get a separate keycap set, but the gamer key texture kind of knocked down the quality for me.
With a new model released every other week, it seems mechanical keyboards remain all the rage among PC gamers .
Exclusive Cherry MX Speed switches; well-polished CUE software; textured keycaps; solid build; detachable wrist rest; dedicated media keys
Pricing and a limited warranty are the big ones; I'd also like to see the USB pass-through support the third-generation standard instead of USB 2.0
This is a very good looking keyboard and even the box looks nice. Keys all felt substantial so I guess this is why it is a $144 keyboard.
