I am an aspiring photographer and so I needed a great camera that wont be a burden on my pocket. A friend of mine recommended this to me and I thought I would test it out. I am a middle income earner so this camera price was PERFECT!

An overall excellent camera, but one that fails to capture the best-in-class prize for image quality.

The Canon EOS 70D's new sensor delivers excellent autofocus performance and the camera itself is quite fast; Its design is reasonably streamlined and the feature set appropriately tailored to the target market as well.

The image quality doesn't overly impress for this price class; and certain aspects of the design -- notably single card slot; hard-to-control multicontroller and the Wi-Fi/movie mode conflict resolution -- are annoying.

The Canon EOS 70D was an amazing release by Canon. Its update, the Canon EOS 80D, is a great camera but it feels like the company didn't do enough to make it stand out on its own with new features. Still a great camera for beginners, but are you willing to pay the extra cash to have one?

Canon 70d allows you a very good video result but its image quality fails with the 18-135mm kit lens . so if you want to shoot video its best option ( use prime lenses for video ) if you want to shoot pictures you should upgrade your lens to the canon l series lens .

After doing a lot of research, I made the decision to go with the 70D. I wanted a camera that could handle fast action photography and video. This camera has met those needs and excels in so many ways.

Absolutely Awesome piece of equipment!! I took a class to learn the settings and get the most out of it... Features are endless, takes breathtaking photos and I couldn't be happier.
