A worthy finalé to Rocksteady's Arkham series.
It came after a slightly lengthy delay, a lot of speculation and much anticipation. Now, you can ‘Be the Bat', as the ad campaign promised, and assume the mantle of The Dark Knight in a last ditch effort to save Gotham.
Ending a trilogy in the videogame industry can be as tedious as it is in filmmaking, but Rocksteady has managed to deliver a narratively comprehensive and engaging experience that is accessible to both returning and new players.
The ingredients for a successful video game were already in place. Popular game developers, Rocksteady Studios and The Dark Knight come together for the last time, thus making it a delicious offering for all Batman and gaming fans.
The Arkham series has come a long way since its debut in 2009, taking everything that we loved in the previous titles, polishing it up, adding some gloss, and creating a better experience.
Gotham City - beautifully well-imagined game world | Gotham's threat feels real | Unparalleled story | Being the Batman is no lie | Villains are freaky | The Batmobile
