When did Assassin's Creed become so dull, and SO BROKEN? Seriously, it's like companies don't even play test their games any more... Ubi is becoming the new EA which is just so sad, releasing unfinished crap and justifying stupid things like parity/sexism etc.

Assassin's Creed: Unity
Assassin's Creed: Unity has the unenviable task of rebooting the somewhat stale Assassin's Creed franchise (only the sailing sections salvaged Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag ). However, that's no excuse for the one-step-forward, two-steps-back approach it takes, in which the graphics appear to have...

Assassin's Creed Unity
The assassins have kept a steady schedule, as Unity and Rogue are the 7th and 8th installments on consoles, not counting several spinoffs. Unity is the Creed's first effort exclusively for this current generation, and Ubisoft has fashioned it with co-operative multiplayer to celebrate.

Assassin's Creed: Unity Review
A franchise as rich in heritage as Assassin's Creed, one that divides fans with the length of an intro or the flamboyancy - or sombreness - of a lead character, obviously requires a set of staples addressed with any new release. The elephant is in the room, if you will.

Assassin's Creed: Unity
The ships and woodlands of Assassin's Creed III and Black Flag can now step aside, as Assassin's Creed: Unity returns the eternal struggle between the Assassins and the Templars, and back to the familiar themes of Assassin's Creed II.

Assassin's Creed Unity is a good step in the series, managing to successfully overhaul most of the core mechanics. However, a lot of polishing is needed in terms of freerunning or stealth to make it all work as intended.
Pros:
- Massive open world
- Paris feels alive
- Lots of thrilling adventures
- Many things to do
Cons:
- Lots of framerate issues
- Many bugs and glitches
- Some frustrating missions
- Lackluster story conclusion
- Annoying microtransactions

Review: Assassin's Creed Unity parades the series' most profound playground
If you're invested in the classic AC style, this will do the trick. You'll love being a part of Ubisoft's Paris.
Pros:
- Paris is among the best-looking open-worlds we've ever seen
- Hitman-style missions are a step forward in a stagnant series
Cons:
- Side-activities still feel like filler this far into the series
- Loading times are absurdly long
- so death is a true punishment

Assassin’s Creed Unity Review
Assassin's Creed 's well-worn gameplay loops actually encourage exploration. Far Cry 's islands have mimicked AC 's viewpoints, garrisons, and you could even say swaps its own vehicular gameplay for Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag 's naval forts.
Pros:
- Absolutely stunning open world
- Paris feels alive and rife with activity
- Weather systems and lighting drench the scenary
- Free-running lines are aplenty
- Co-op and multiplayer missions
- Arno and Elise as leading Assassin and Templar
- Highly varied textures
- buildings
- interiors
- Inter-history...
Cons:
- Lots of one-hit kill animations
- Glitches and system-crashing bugs
- Arno and Elise as leading Assassin and Templar

Assassin's Creed Unity Review – Immensely Fun Despite the St-St-Stuttering Framerates
Over the course of its six previous entries (main series) the Assassin's Creed franchise has done an amazing job of remaining fresh despite its yearly release cycle. From Altair's epic journey during the Third Crusade to Edward Kenway's Caribbean piracy it has woven an intricate storyline of...
