Assassin's Creed Unity review: Two steps back
While it will likely suffice for Assassin's Creed core fans, Unity stumbles throughout and never really finds its footing. Where last year's Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag saw the franchise reach new heights, Unity is somewhat of a sidestep that only shines sporadically.
Pros:
- Assassin's Creed Unity features breathtaking environments and occasional scenes of great heightened action.
Cons:
- The game suffers from clunky free-running movement
- Climbing and descending aren't as seamless as they are intended to be
- Unity suffers from terrible frame rate dips and other graphical weirdness.

Assassins Creed: Unity
Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare is Activision's greatest change in the franchise since the very first Modern Warfare. In many ways, the game no longer feels like a traditional Call of Duty title, which is one of the reasons why many gamers have been left a little disappointed.

When did Assassin's Creed become so dull, and SO BROKEN? Seriously, it's like companies don't even play test their games any more... Ubi is becoming the new EA which is just so sad, releasing unfinished crap and justifying stupid things like parity/sexism etc.

They've taken a lot of the good controls and actions and one away with them
It's a joke of a AC game. I've been a fan if the AC franchise since it started and this game is a let down as far as controls are concerned. They've taken a lot of the good controls and actions and one away with them. Also, the maneuvers of Arno are garbage and fighting is sloppy.

Assassin's Creed: Unity
Assassin's Creed: Unity has the unenviable task of rebooting the somewhat stale Assassin's Creed franchise (only the sailing sections salvaged Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag ). However, that's no excuse for the one-step-forward, two-steps-back approach it takes, in which the graphics appear to have...

Assassin's Creed: Unity
Assassin's Creed: Unity does have its moments though any goodwill is ruined by a complete breakdown from the promised online functionality. In fairness, about 95% of the game can be played without having to connect with other players, though Ubisoft deserves to be taken to task for not ensuring the...

Assassin's Creed: Unity
I've had a scattershot relationship with Assassin's Creed: Unity . I played through its first half during the initial week of its release before opting to put it down and take a self-appointed break. That lasted for roughly three weeks until I went back and finished it just a few days ago.

Assassin's Creed Unity
Assassin's Creed continues its historical based adventure series with Unity, a game that will demand lots from your computer but deliver absolutely stunning graphics in return. In the game you'll get the joy of experiencing Paris during the French revolution as Arno Dorian slowly unravels the true...
Pros:
- Absolutely stunning graphics – Co-op and skill trees
Cons:
- Just feels uninspired – Bugs bring down the whole experience
