This mouse works so much better than my old Mighty Mouse made by Apple. Although you want to check he settings, as this mouse can switch tabs in Safari without much effort and you'll lose any data typed on a website if you move to another tab.

Apple's Magic Mouse is the first mouse to support so-called multi-touch : in addition to moving it physically to move the pointer on-screen, you can swipe or run a finger along the top surface of the mouse to get it to do specific things.
Quite good. Gestures work great. The location of the optical sensor is at the front of the mouse, under your fingertips which may take some getting used to, depending on how you hold a mouse.
So smooth and fast. Tons of features at the slighest touch. The mouse commands the slight carress. One must master these features to avoid soliciting an unrequested response. I am currently searching for an equally sexy protective cover for it, when not in use.
Accurate Tracking; Fast Response; Glides Smoothly; Great Features; Sleek Sexy
I have 2 of the Magic Mouse's. One for my iMac, and one for my Macbook Pro. I have never had any problems with them and find them easy to use! My children were able to use them with ease after only a couple of tries.
The mouse connects via Bluetooth (its a very simple process) and once on works anywhere and on any surface. The multi-touch options allow you to control the Mac with a gesture or two and minimise keyboard us.
Comfortable; Great Design; Intuitive
Costs But It's Worth It; Uses Batteries A Bit
Useless and awkward shape for human hand. Very unsuitable location of functional elements. For so much money I would recommend to look elsewhere. I do not remember that I ever regretted so much my purchase.
Just received this unit a few days ago and thus far am very impressed with how well the unit responds and its ease of use.
Accurate Tracking; Comfortable Design; Fast Response; Glides Smoothly
I've always used wired mice with computers, but I upgraded after getting Lion my my computer as the gestures seemed an important feature of the new OS. Its size does make it somewhat strange to hold, though you do find the best position for your hand quite quickly, the gestures are a great addition,...
Great Functionality
Slightly Awkward to Hold & Somewhat Fragile
An Apple Magic Mouse came standard with the new Mac Pro I use at work. At first I was a bit leery of using a mouse with no physical buttons but the basic 'click', and there was an ever so slight learning curve, ...but I was worried over nothing.
